Free Shipping:
We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Please note that only standard shipping is available; rush or overnight options are not offered at this time.
Global Sourcing and Order Fulfillment:
At Dandelion Vine, we work closely with a global network of trusted suppliers, primarily based in China, to bring you a carefully selected collection of products. We work with multiple fulfillment partners and shipping carriers depending on product availability and warehouse location. Carrier selection is determined based on the best balance of cost and delivery efficiency.
Once an order is placed, we coordinate with our suppliers to begin processing and shipping, which typically takes up to 3 business days. During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing may extend up to 5 to 7 business days, but any significant delays will be promptly communicated via email or phone.
After dispatch from our international fulfillment centers, estimated transit times for delivery range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or weather conditions. International shipments may require customs processing, which can add additional time to delivery. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Stay in the Know with Tracking:
After your product has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number enables you to track your product's location as it makes its way to your doorstep. Please note that in some cases, the tracking number may not become available or update until the product has entered the destination country, cleared customs, and handed over to the last mile carrier.
Estimated Shipping Duration:
Standard shipping typically takes an estimated 5 to 14 business days. Please note that this timeline excludes holidays and weekends, and occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once a package has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, carrier transit times and delivery operations are outside of our control. For questions regarding in-transit packages or delivery delays, customers should contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
We use the exact address information provided during checkout for shipping. No changes can be made once items are processed or shipped. Accurate information is essential for timely delivery. Dandelion Vine is not responsible for undelivered orders resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier's tracking system, we consider the order successfully completed and delivery confirmed. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive packages or that a secure delivery location is available. We recommend contacting the carrier immediately if a package shows as delivered but was not received, as carriers typically have specific time frames for investigating delivery discrepancies.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered our fulfillment system. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. For information about returns after delivery, please see our Refund Policy.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages:
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a package has not been delivered within 30 days of the ship date, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. The carrier can investigate the package's status and provide confirmation if it is lost.
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, the customer must obtain written confirmation of loss from the carrier and send it to us at info@dandelionvine.com. Once verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item if still available, or issue a refund to your original payment method if the item is no longer available.
Please note that in-transit delays due to weather, holidays, carrier capacity, or customs processing are not grounds for cancellations or immediate resolution while the package is still moving through the carrier's system.
Customs:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, local taxes, or other charges required by their country or carrier.
Dandelion Vine is not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to unpaid fees, import restrictions, delivery regulations, or refusal to accept the shipment. Refunds or store credit will not be issued in these situations.
Customs policies and import charges vary by country and are outside of our control. If there is any uncertainty regarding fees or deliverable areas, customers should contact their local customs or postal agency before placing an order.
Please note that many of our products ship internationally, primarily from China, and additional carrier or import-related fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
