This lamb was lost in shipment for 3 weeks. Given the current geopolitical climate, delays were expected. When the company reached out for feedback, customer service immediately ordered a replacement upon hearing we haven’t received the original.
The first lamb arrived about 5 weeks later; it was damaged but adorable. I repaired it and my children were pleased—which is all that matters! The replacement then arrived in perfect condition, and the company generously provided it at no extra charge to compensate for the delay.
Customer service is superior. They stayed in constant contact with no delays in response time. Between the courteous communication and the superb craftsmanship of these little lambs, I couldn’t be happier. My kiddos love their cuddly companions, & I’m one happy Mommy to give them a tactile reminder that nourishes their faith during Eastertide.
Initially I had an issue with my product but when I wrote to them they took care of it swiftly replacing it with another. Customer care was awesome 👌

The pictures make it seem way bigger than it actually is. Snout to tail, it is 5ft and its acceptable level of quality. I wouldn't pay this much again though.

Extremely disappointed in this purchase. Does not look anything like the advertised photo, and for over $70, I would expect much better quality. Upon contacting customer service I was told I could not return the item for a refund. Instead, after waiting 48 hours to see if it somehow inflated, I could pay for shipping back, pay for a 10% restocking fee, and potentially get store credit (if they inspect it and agree it was defective). I do not recommend.
