To keep your plushies looking their best, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. For larger plush toys, hand washing or gentle machine washing (in a laundry bag) works best. Always air dry to maintain their softness and shape.

Our plushies are designed with safety in mind, but they are not recommended for children under 36 months due to potential small parts and safety considerations. We always recommend proper supervision if younger children are using our products. Please check the product description for specific age recommendations.

Currently, Dandelion Vine only ships to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. However, we look forward to broadening our international shipping options in the near future.

When you place an order with us, we usually process it within 3 business days. For our free standard shipping, please expect delivery within an estimated 5 to 14 business days, depending on region.

After your product has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number enables you to track your product's location as it makes its way to your doorstep. Please note that in some cases, the tracking number may not become available until the product has entered the destination country.
